The goal of this blog is to highlight simple and approachable ways to move towards a healthier diet. My hope is to introduce principles that can be applied to everyone, no matter where they are on the spectrum of health. I aim to share recipes that don't include ingredients that are unfamiliar or hard to find. I try to share tidbits of ideas that can quickly and easily be applied as a step in the right direction without the need for a massive overhaul to your current eating habits. I especially want to emphasize the enormous blessings that are available to us as we at least strive to be mindful about our diets.
Now, I in no way claim to be an expert at any of this. I am simply recording my experiences as I go on this journey towards living the Word of Wisdom more fully.
